About us
TO PUT MKEY AT THE SERVICE OF YOUR SATISFACTION
Why buy a house in Dubai?
For your investment, focus on one of the highest yielding real estate markets in the world
“The growth of Dubai is constant and general: GDP, the number of inhabitants and property values have started to grow again after the pandemic and accelerating strongly”
The growth of Dubai has continued for some years, favoured by a driving economy, low taxation, and the charm of the city that attracts millions of tourists and hundreds of thousands of new residents every year.
Our the strong real estate market is a reflection of this and, at the same time, an engine driven by this.
The housing needs of over 3,300,000 residents leads to the physical expansion of the city, with the continuous construction of new buildings and neighbourhoods.
This leads existing properties to revalue by about 5% per year and the rental market to offer owners annuities of up to 8% per year for residential and up to 10% for commercial.
Legislative framework
The legislation, in addition to allowing investors from any country to purchase properties in designated areas, with clear and transparent ownership deeds, protects the owner from tenants who do not respect the agreements made.
Taxation
Here there are no taxes on the income of individuals, or on property. While on companies, it will be starting from 01 June 2023 and the tax will be 9% on the company.
Due to very low or no taxation, Dubai attracts investors, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies who benefit from favourable taxation.
In particular, an individual investor, does not pay income, capital gains, or inheritance taxes in the emirates and there are no withholdings applied to transfers into or out of the emirates.
The tax system does not require residents to submit any tax returns.
There are no property taxes applied to residential properties.
Rental income is also excluded from any local taxation.
The tenants pay an accommodation tax. This is calculated at 5% of the rental value of the property they live in.
